TERMS: All Major Credit Cards.
QUOTATIONS: All quotations are good for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
FREIGHT: No freight allowances. Shipping and handling charges are added to the invoice unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING: Stock items - within 24 hours upon receipt of order. Non-stock items 3 to 8 weeks or as specified.
CARRIERS: Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground Delivery Service. Faster delivery options are available.
RETURNS: No material will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization Number. (RGA # must appear outside of all cartons). Please call Support for an RGA Number. A 25% Handling/Restocking charge will be assessed on all returns for reasons other than SongFix’s error. All returns must be made within 60 days of the order date.
CLAIMS: It is our customers’ responsibility to inspect all shipments for shortages and damages (concealed or otherwise). If damage has occurred, it is our customers’ responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Claims for “shortages” are to be filed with SongFix. All claims are to be made within 10 days.
